Very slow collecting your items

Just been into Argos in llanelli, and Paul was extremely helpful guiding me through the right choice whilst I was buying a T.V. I had gone into currys next door, but had no help, so Argos got the sake. Thanks Paul

I had to take back an item that wasn't working. They were super helpful and patient with me while choosing another. Always had good service there. Friendly and helpful staff and a quick service.

I Had just bought a Huawei P smart from this store at the time I wasnt aware that the new Huawei doesnt have google play store anymore.

All I had done is open the box and noticed a leaflet stating they only have there own app store and doesn't have vital apps that I require to use.
When I returned to the store an hour later they refused to take the phone back as they claim this to be as used now even though I offered to exchange it for a more expensive phone and still said that they will not take it from me.

I decided to go via live chat and raise a complaint and once I explained my frustration and wanted to raise a complaint she ended the chat which I found very rude and not very customer service based.

I find customer service is very poor and would recommend that if you buy from the store that you don't require having to return it back cause you will have problems. happy to take money but lack customer service if there is any problem with any product they sell.

I popped in to exchange a stick that I purchased. Bloody stick, didn’t work! One of the managers, I believe his name is Michael, was very helpful.

Horrible experience here... short black haired woman had a very rude attitude after i showed my ID. I only came to pick up a video game. Remind me to NOT click and collect from here again!
