I am writing this on behalf of my 15 year old daughter, who made a huge mistake in her life and badly damaged her arms by self harming ….
After having therapy and now seeing what a mistake she’s made, Jan has given her hope that she doesn’t have to live with the scars on her arms , She thought her life was over and she would be scarred for the rest of her life , people always looking and judging her …
Jan has given my child hope again. And after 2 treatments already shows a massive difference her scars are levelling out and not looking raised and aggressive.
I know we still have a way to go , but Jan has given so much already to my daughter , to where my child now can see a future again

Really pleased with the advice I got today at the Blemish Clinic. I really wasn't sure what type of facial I had booked in for or needed. Katie took time with me, above the appointment slot timing, to do a full consultation and agree a way forward. Blemish Clinic is an absolute gem ! In a marketplace where so many places offer ill advised treatments it was wonderful to find this professional clinic . On meeting Jan , a specialist in aesthetic medicine , I didn’t know what treatments might work for me . Jan’s knowledge and experience is such that she immediately knew what treatment plan would work for me . I didn’t want to look dramatically different .I’m happy being a woman in my late fifties and needed to keep the same look for my work I just wanted to look my best . The results are subtle ……,definitely a “fresher , brighter , rested version of me !

I first went to Blemish Clinic back in 2020 for light treatment of a hemangioma. It was successfully removed, but they did say it was likely to reappear. I think it is starting to, so went back a few weeks ago for a consultation with Jan with a view to starting light treatment again. I’ve opted not to have any further treatment at Blemish Clinic now because after going with a very small skin complaint that I wanted to discuss, I was told that “your whole nose is red compared to the rest of your face when I look at you,” and “you’ve got a mole too.” Of course I’m aware of the mole, but I’m not bothered about it. I don’t think my nose looks red either, and like most women I am my own harshest critic. I would just suggest that Jan needs to be a little bit more tactful and focus on what the client’s concerns are, rather than pointing out additional ones in what I think was an attempt to upsell extra services. She was very blunt I felt, and such comments could have a real impact on somebody’s self esteem.

Having suffered from sensitive skin all my life, I would not trust anyone else. Jan is very knowledgable and experienced in dealing with skin problems. The advice given has helped me immensely. The Blemish team are very professional.
