Thanks Laurent from the Menswear again for assisting my shopping today~ Have been after this pair of Gucci pants for quite a quite, and he finally got it for me!!! It's always an amazing experience to shop in Browns with the help of Laurent:) :) :)

Do not buy from them. I purchased suit pants from them in summer for over $200. After ironing the fused inner lining got deattached in some areas and look bubbly. I was ironing with the temperature set to what the tag was recommended, so it must be the problem with the fusing, as I never seen anything like this on any other my suit pants/jackets. I contacted their customer support and they replied that this problem was caused by wear and tear! Mind you, I got these pants less than 6 months ago. Talking about sustainability! I mostly work from home so I haven't even worn them often. The store doesn't stand behind their product quality, even the inexpensive clothing brands are now offering you the products that can last years and Browns offers POS that meant to be worn for 6 months and then trashed.

I haven’t been to the actual store, something i would have loved to do. Still, i ordered my Barbour polo shirt at Farfetch and got it from Browns by mail. Love the little black bag it came in. Thank you people of Browns 😊

One of the nicest stores in London! They do not only focus on the beautiful designer clothes, but also pay a lot of attention to the overall experience. In a famous home designer house, and super friendly staff

Tucked way, just off Bond Street. A little haven of higher end designer pieces - IYKYK!

The access is a little confusing and the door staff don’t make it any less confusing how to actually enter the building. Once in, it’s not practically laid out for those with mobility issues. You’re encouraged to navigate the space using stairs, and not entirely clear on alternatives.

The collections are so well displayed, there’s lots of mirrors to try on pieces,and the staff are super helpful and friendly. That being said, it’s a showroom more than a store,which some may find intimidating.

My experience is perfect from this place.Everything that I ordered it was marvelous. I ordered a lot of things and I never had a problem. I suggest everyone to buy from this place

Native is an incredible concept of native and sustainable products, extraordinarily executed. I can't wait to return, it was the best meal we've had in a long time and we look forward to a tasting menu being available again.

I love luxury shopping, and I have been very fond of Brows. I was really looking forward to experience this new store.
However, my experience was very poor and I did not meet the kind of customer service that I am accustomed to.
First of all, We know the products are amazing, but I wanted that special extra service from Sales they have associates. There was no service whatsoever. I was trying to understand the material of a bag and nobody showed interest of helping me, even if I asked. We are talking about luxury shopping- And sorry Browns- it’s not just about great interiors and amazing displays.It’s about people. Luxury is about people and storytelling...and you truly missed this point on this new store.
So a better trained, approachable and friendly staff would have made the experience worth.
Will definitely go buy pieces from a store where they have more knowledge about products...
