Do not deal with this company at all costs! Never answer the phone to problems! Poor customer service!

Do not work with these people. One of the most unprofessional experiences in our company's seven years. The owner is an 'ex-lawyer' which she was very happy to threaten me with when attempting to get a refund after work wasn't carried out.

We had an outstanding experience from start to finish. We look forward to working with them for years to come.

After contacting Alpaca Exclusive in September last year asking to collaborate with them they have been outstanding. The team gave me an opportunity to do a work placement with them and in exchange they would help me knit my collection for my BA (Hons) Fashion design degree. I was able to take my designs to them and creative a garment with their expertise. I really enjoyed my time with them I've learnt a lot whilst being there and the team are outstanding and hardworking I couldn't recommend working with Alpaca Exclusive enough.

Absolutely amazing experience here! Had so much fun on the farm with the alpacas. The production of products are high quality, the people are amazing, brilliant hospitality and would definitely recommend.
