Bought a hat from them the lettering peeled off it after 1 wash. Looks as if it was glued on with pritt stick! Who want a £90 wooly hat you can’t wash and take that new smell out of?

Use someone else these guys are a joke take days to respond to my query and tell me they are sending the hat back to me as it’s a washing error? I washed on a eco 30 deg wash embarrassing.
