Seems like staff don't want to be there, didn't look happy at all and never bothered to come ask if we're okay or if they can help. Poor customer service skills.

If i could give a lower star rating i would, The store customer service is pathetic. I bought a Versace handbag from them and they did not even give me a box or even a dustbag, it was merely wrapped in a plastic bag. When i contacted them to get the box and dustbag they simply refused.

I ordered from this store and received such a badly packaged item. I kindly requested the original packaging and was simply told that they can not help me. I am now left with a very expensive Christmas present which I can not give as it looks like a used product since its not in original packaging. Poor service!

Can always find what you need here and staff can be very friendly. Just a heads up no returns will only get a credit note.

Always like to pop in the Wolves and Walsall branches and have bought some decent clobber over the years. But was looking very empty on this last visit, and what there was was mostly trashy Boss clothing - a bit like Tessuti :( Maybe it'll be another high street casualty soon!

Lovely, spacious designer shop!
Amazing chandeliers and beautiful ceiling,
Lots of nice outfits for the guys,
The ladies sections got bags and jewellery,
Staff are friendly and helpful,
could do with some music, very quiet.

I bought on-line, I received a great deal, shipment was fast and cheap by DHL, my sweatshirt was in tip top shape and I'm loving it.
