Dessert House

Staff were very polite when taking my order. Very quick service all ready in 10 minutes!!! Ordered waffles that were packed perfectly and the ice cream was in separate tubs to make sure it didn't melt. The waffles were delicious crispy and slightly chewy with just the right amount of chocolate.

Called in on way back from cinema on a week night. Order a supreme box but said we needed enough for two. Nice lad behind counter said they’d sort it for us for no extra charge and included 2 chocolate dips. Customer service done right and the dessert was delicious. Will definitely be calling in here again. Only suggestion would be to have a menu in store to check out.

My experience hasn’t been great the last couple of times I’ve now twice ordered from dessert house at 8-9pm and the food hasn’t arrived even past 11:30pm. Then the food shows up cold we only live 7 minutes away. Not good service at all, when trying to get through to them over the phone 4 calls later and still no answer.

Top place for desserts if you fancy something sweet but not to rich, was hugely impressed by the owners hospitality & service, they really do go out their way to make sure your order arrives hot & in good quality. Would definitely recommend it & shall be ordering again....😊 So the second time round we ordered a bubble waffle, it's in the box and as you can see its not got the most appetizing presentation but we were actually delightfully impressed, lovely waffle with crunchy chocolate pieces and delicious ice cream, however I wasnt too impressed with the pretzel pieces with coconut shavings, there was literally one or two rafello pieces split in half and very little white chocolate sauce, pretzel tasted bit doughy and was abit overdone on the outside but easy to order app and quick service! Might i add to this, we ordered desserts again from here yesterday and i wasnt disappointed, highly reccomend the waffle sandwich with strawberries & cream, went perfectly with the millionaires shortbread icecream😊
FYI im sure its the same buisness owners, they do a lovely american brekky too in the mornings, i added siracha chilli mayo to my food as i like the heat but it was splendid, couldve done with more chicken and halloumi fries (only 2 per portion) X

Used to be good but quality went down and no charging 12 quid for cookie dough with 3 pieces of kinder bueno and white chocolate. Im better of driving far gosford st which i would spend max 7 quid for cookie dough and have better variety of toppings and vanila ice cream included without extra charge

No place in nuneaton can beat their desserts. Quality milkshakes and great customer services. 10/10 recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would, it was more than an hour late and when I tried to phone to ask where the order was, no answer, I must have called at least 15 times and the mailbox was full also. The food was nice but I was about to go to sleep by the time it came. Not impressed.

This place also does breakfast now under breakfast House as the name and dessert House for desserts.

I ordered a veggie breakfast bowl and I have to say I was highly impressed. Absolutely smashed it!

Fantastic idea guys. Probably the best tasting breakfast I've had in nuneaton. Keep it up.
