This place is amazing for those with a sweet tooth. Children will enjoy the color and the adults will adore the flavor. The atmosphere is modern and relax with a range of popular music. Would recommend to anyone.

Worst Place to go to AVOID!!! Packet Waffles are heated up put in a card board box with plastic cutlery terrible Service for an eat inn. Cookie Dough totally covered with chocolate far too sweet could not eat it as was too sweet. (Try Pizza Hut & Learn)
Hot Chocolate Drink £4.95 regular size nothing wow its more expensive than A Large One from Costa was asked if we would like whipped cream i said yes then was told ohh we have ran out of whipped cream again far too sweet also how can you not have whipped cream at 4pm on a Sunday.
Prices are far too high the quality is very poor Only One Staff running around like a headless chicken 🐔 No Wonder the Place is so Dead! Should be 0 Stars.

Please don’t eat here unless you’re drunk out of your mind. Flavourless ice cream and desserts are not even freshly prepared. Not recommended.

Reese’s shake is the one to get, it’s made very thick and it’s nice and filling. I’ve also ordered cookie doughs, generous portions served with soft ice cream

Extremely expensive for what they serve. Spent 12 quid on 1 waffle literally two small waffles came you find at tescos. You might as well go creams for the proper waffle- scammers

Worst place I have been too so far. It’s called cakes and shakes but always has stale cakes. Cakes are outsourced and sit there for days, most Lilly brought from Costco days prior to them even being served. Furthermore, the places is never clean is always dirty and needs a major refurbishment. Also had the waffles and well the same thing batter used didn’t taste right the only thing they had done right was the ice cream looked nice and had many different options.

The girl that served us was super friendly and helpful, an asset to the company. The prices are a bit high. We had 2 cakes with ice cream the price she said I thought was for both but it was actually each. It was nice but I don't think it was worth the price tag.

The food is amazing at this restaurant, ordered the Hot n Spicy burger meal 3 times and was never disappointed, came to my address hot and fresh. Also, I have visited the shop and was very pleased with the outstanding level of service that cakes and shakes provided.
