Have been there a few times since it opened. Yes the Queue times are a bit of a pain. But the waffles and the milkshakes we have received from them have been some of the nicest we have tasted.
If the wait time is a problem for you, then ring up before you go and place an order.

I know it’s new but please try and improve customer service. We waited forty minutes for a mediocre dessert tiny piece of dry brownie, and waffle with no strawberries as they had ran out. Overpriced and what’s worse in an age when plastic is being abolished everything is served in plastic with plastic forks, please use paper cups paper tubs paper bags wooden cutlery, think of the environment people

Ordered a few times here and its always delicious and well worth the money. The icecream sundae was so big, I couldn't finish it! Delivery is super quick too.

First experience what a let down. I Phoned and was told to order via website (which was fine) waited 1 hour for a two waffle order that never came. Phoned them and it still hadn’t been done. We cancelled and they weren’t remotely bothered or apologetic.

Great service and amazing waffle! I ordered the Kinder Surprise with extra white Belgian chocolate - I highly recommend!

I ordered a waffle and after 1 hour I phoned to check where it was. The woman that answered the phone hung up and I’m still yet to get a refund

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING! First time trying Frankies always used another local waffle place however the quality of Frankies was AMAZING! Best waffle I’ve ever had with a generous amount of toppings! Will definitely be ordering from here from now on!!! Waffle was still warm and tasted amazing! Delivery driver also was brilliant, there is no direct access to my property by car so she walked and met me with no complaints. Amazing food and brilliant service!

Really poor service. Our order took over two hours to arrive and when i called the place a lady answered the phone and didn't have the slightest idea of what was going on when i asked where my order was. The sunde was was just layered of frozen chocolate and strawberries with a bit of ice cream
