Amazing experience all round !!! Food was brilliant ordering online to pick up was easy !!! We had one waffle that fed three of us and a milk shake each everything was amazing.

Delicious, nicely presented waffles, quick service and good customer service.

What days are you open though as phoned in a few times on an open day according to your site and it just takes you to answer phone

We were wandering around Neath and decided to stop in here for some dessert. We ordered 2 waffles, which were indulgent, extremely tasty and, for the size, very good value. As good as the food was, though, the owners were the highlight - friendly, engaging, funny and both brilliant with our children. Would definitely recommend if you've got a sweet tooth!

usually enjoy ordering. but ordered a waffle weeks ago was hard and cold. really disappointed. also ordered today but there was a problem with the money being taken out but no order was processed, we went down to the shop and explained and the way the situation was handled was disappointing. i work in hospitality and know that things like this aren’t their fault, but he made it clear that was were such a problem and told us that they could do NOTHING to help. again i work in hospitality and know that there are ways around these things to offering some sort of help.

The waffles was amazing. My partner and nyself really enjoyed. Staff were very polite, helpful and professional. All guidelines were in place. Overall a very enjoyable experience and will definitely go back 10/10
