The Original Factory Shop

This shop is like a tardis. You can get everything you need for the home and yourself from sweets to eggcup and quilts to slippers and everything in between. Even pets are catered for, best partwas finding sweets that came out and went again are in this store.
The staff were super happy to be at work and so friendly and helpful. As soon as there was someone waiting at the till they got another member of staff to open up another.
They have a fantastic loyalty card scheme to that's well worth joining, they ask you at the till if your a member and if your not they can sign you up there and then. Overall a brilliant, happy stress free shopping trip. We'll worth a visit.

The team are polite, and helpful and will go out of there way to make sure you get what you need. The shop is well layed out and nearly has everything you need under one roof!

There setup for covid is great too well managed and customers respect this

Staff are friendly, helpful and cheerful, all of which are appreciated! Bought a pair of boots, pair of shorts, dog bed and a kneeling mat for when I'm doing the weeding. The changing rooms are unfortunately no longer available to customers. This is due to the fact that the 'Light Fingered Brigade' cost the shop £18,000 last year. (I just couldn't help myself! 😁)

The only negative I found was no changing rooms, they had been taken away due to loss of revenue due to shoplifters. What a pity!

Poor experience, drab shop and expensive, Porthmadog shop is so much cheaper.

Nice friendly place and it was good that all the products are located on one level. Parking can be a bit limited but there are other places to park nearby also. A good range of products and at competitive prices. The only issue is that you may pop in for only a few things but end up getting a lot more. The mixture of daily items but also good offers on products such as activewear and a good range of shoes and leisure wear.

Nice little store, I really need to call in more often. Refreshing change from all the big stores. Staff helpful and willing to show you were the item you're after. 5 stars from me.
