Need to stock up on glasses as they had absolutely none in 2.5 strength!!! ... the member of staff on the tills who served me was lovely and helpful despite the fact that the customer in front of me was extremely rude to her ... she held her nerve and carried on serving in a cheerful manner .. dont know that i could have done!! .. the general public have no respect for staff in shops sometimes!!!

A good selection and well laid out. The self service tills needed staff confirmation four times with no tobacco or alcohol products whoch pretty much make them pointless

Poundland used to be a reasonable place to do a small shop. but as we know prices have been increasing over time and not many things left at a pound. But today was the last straw after needing some dust masks for decorating. You now only get 1 in a pack for £1 and just looked online and can can the exact same ones a pack of 50 for under £8 deliverd to your door. Will never be using this rip off shop again now

It hardly a discount shop now with varied prices. To be fair some are actually less than a pound but not many.

Staff members are rude. Bought a couple bits and had my stuff thrown on the counter top whilst the girl serving me continued to have a disrespectful conversation about another staff member in front of me.

Some really good products for super low prices, great stocking fillers and goodies. Easy to get round and well kept, just sometimes a long wait at the ques, however the staff are always polite and helpful.

Decent store with good layout. Finding more & more things are not a pound which is in the title and as this is in business model I don’t know how long they can keep there name. Cashier was extremely lazy & rude hence rating
