B&M Store with Garden Centre

Nice large B&M here, with lots of items that we don't get in our local one, including the garden center. Staff are really helpful and will assist with any queries. We went when it reopened after a refit and there were great offers instore..

Am just home from visiting this store and just had to do a good review as it's well deserved. I needed assistance from 3 of the staff and each were excellent especially one who went to the warehouse to get an item l needed that we'd been told there wasn't space yet for it to go on the shelves. The politeness and respect l received from each was lovely and the lady on the till mustn't be left out either. It definitely makes you want to go back and I hope if a Manager reads this they will thank them for a job well done. Thanks

Nicely set out and shelves well stocked, some great bedding just can't understand why a shop this big doesn't stock superking sets I would of definitely brought loads. I ask one of lads working if they sold birthday cards? just wish I had got his name he was lovely friendly and helpful didn't point .and say down there he walked us to them and asked us if he could help us with anything else customer service at it best

We were in the area and spotted this shop. As we were after a product they sold and out of stock in our a rea we visited. We found a well stocked, clean store with helpful staff. One of the staff showed us to the required item - the last one in stock! As we visit the area fairly regularly it is probable a return visit will happen as they had stock other branches did not have.

Ever since the refurb of this B&M, it has been completely turned around. Excellent range of garden equipment and furniture, as well as the general housewares and other groceries in the store.

Also a really good selection of christmas decorations around NOV/DEC time, and surprisingly of fairly decent quality.

I'd say B&M has certainly changed in the fact its more of an 'upmarket' discount store now as opposed to a 'slash all prices' kind of store. The image of B&M has definitely gone up in the last year and theres certainly a massive range on offer now.

Easy to shop and displays were tidy so we could see products clearly. Staff moral could be improved as I never see the Staff smile or enjoy that they have a job.

A lot better since the refurbishment took place. Lots for stuff in store to suit everyone from food, kids toys, furniture and DIY plus everything in between. Staff always helpful if you need them.

Love this store, so much choice, reasonably priced, room too move with trolley and loads off parking, friendly staff
