Love this shop, everything from books, art supplies to toys and storage, perfect for Christmas stuff as well

Fab shop at Clacton shopping Village. Excellent staff. The best Works in Essex. David the manager is brilliant. Visited since this review and want to also thank Chantelle and Sharon for the fuss they gave Aiden. The team here are so warm and welcoming, the products are good and it is a really lovely shop to browse in and buy super value items. Thanks guys!

Staff were talking to 1 customer the entire 20 minutes i was in the store. Couldn't find what i wanted so i left! Great shop, staff are sadly lacking....conversation was all personal nothing to do with the shop

All The Works shops are a like so if you looking for a gift or a cheap book you can't go wrong here

Simply asked for andrew ridgleys book and on phone ..and was told were a discount store we DONT sell new books very rudely as if i should know....its says books on the website...staff in store should be polite surely....wont be buying anything from them now....

It's great for puzzles jigsaws, books, birthday items games very reasonable prices.

I rushed to get to the works this evening and got there at 5 minutes to 6pm to find the doors locked up early. Very disappointed.
