Massive selection of books at very very good prices. As with all "The Works" shops, there is a lot of items in a small space but the quality makes up for the lack or space

Huge selection of Kids books, including activity/sticker books. Also found a brilliant history book upstairs for my Dad..huge range of Adult books.

Good value books but it can be super hot (especially upstairs) and there doesn't appear to be a lift to get upstairs. We would like a lift for the pram, but for elderly/ less able bodied it would be harder since the stairs are quite steep and there's a lot of them.

The works has always been a favorite stop for me when shopping. It had a great range of discount toys, books, gifts etc. Well worth a visit.

Interesting range of products, books are sometimes hit and miss but I can usually find something here. Good for present ideas. Lots of craft supplies.

It's a lovely shop, but due to lack of lift, if you have issues with stairs, you cant get up there. But the reason I've still given them 4 stars is because if you need something from upstairs, do ask a member of staff for what you are looking for and they will go upstairs and bring it to you, if there is a selection they will bring them for you to choose.
