There is a great variety of goods here at great prices. The staff are so helpful, if they haven't got the item you want, they will try to order it for you. They have even carried items out to the car for me, which is really appreciated as I'm disabled.
It's proper old fashioned service, thanks!

My only grip is, I was a regular customer for hay, buying 6 big bags a week. Until I was let down by the manager, who had previously said to me that I could place a regular order which I did.
I try to shop at my local shops where I can to keep the business going.
Sadly now I have to go elsewhere!!

All sorts of things here. Looking for a drain cleaner and was guided to the right shelf by a very pleasant lady. Surprised to see the old fashioned price tickets on each item yet they had a sign at the desk to keep up to date with their sales using WhatsApp for Business.! Need to go back and get that photo!

I cannot rate the service received high enough. I had been let down last minute on a purchase of balloons for my son's birthday and Orfords came to my rescue....they turned my order around within hours and even called me to say that it was ready for collection earlier than expected. I cannot thank them enough for saving my son's birthday!!! The pokemon balloons and colour coordinated ribbons are fantastic!!!!!

Wanted balloons for my sons 1st birthday and Peter and his wife were fantastic. Very professional and competitive prices compared to high street shops so I highly recommend them for all birthday balloons.

Couldn’t ask for a better service. All the staff are amazing and you have found items I have needed during lock down for school work and scouts. You are amazing going above and beyond what a typical shop would do. Couldn’t recommend a better community shop.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Used to be a lovely shop many years ago. Now, a money hungry "family" business. No staff because they are treated appallingly. Will NOT shop here again. Vile people.
