May I take this opportunity of praising this store and the wonderful care I received yesterday.
I lost my wallet with all my cards, driving licence etc and I thought I had left it on the counter of this store. Having phoned them early in the morning they said that nothing had been handed in so I thought no more about it and carried on with my day. I am pleased to say my wallet was found at another venue I had visited that day.
However I received a call from these wonderful people who had spent the whole day looking through cctv to see if my wallet was picked up or found by someone in the store.
I was amazed by their dedication and fortitude and to be “bothered” to look on my behalf.
Many thanks again to you all and I hope many other people that read this review will go to your store and buy because I certainly I will.

On a retail park, so plentiful parking. Good selection of products and most are much cheaper than supermarkets. Worth a visit. Only caution is to check use by dates on food items. Friendly, helpful staff

Always lots of bargains on seasonal products. Good selection of cleaning and laundry supplies. Loads of toiletries and some over the counter medicines too. Love the knitting yarn selection but buy it when you see it as it soon goes. They also sell sweets, biscuits breakfast cereals snacks tins and jars of food. Good car park and few minutes walk to the ilkeston train station.

They've stopped their 50% now.
Must of sorted out their cash flow now.

Hard working people to make the shop clean and well stocked.

Great store, but there's a lot of cheap tat in there, it's not for everyone.

Busy as you would expect on the run up to Christmas. Queues at the till weren't too bad and moved fairly quickly.
