B&M Home Store with Garden Centre

Lovely store, great prices, but please check your reciept before stepping out as sometimes the barcode on their product has a different price to was displayed. This has now happened to me 3times, with no appology.

I am FURIOUS with the checkout guy in B &M! I was given a Lifestyle gift card from work for £50. I had to down load it for the voucher. Trouble is my phone plays up and I couldn't access the email with the voucher on it, emails were stuck on 24th August.
I spoke to the checkout guy to see if it would work with gift card only.
His reply 'we don't do lifestyle vouchers, we never Have'
I said 'you do'
No we don't he argued, so I said ..so why is it among the list of shops I've been given?
He said..well, I've never seen one.
I said, just because you've never seen one doesn't mean B&Me doesn't take them. He made me feel embarrassed and humiliated in front of other shoppers. I didn't get his name but this was today 10th Sept at lunchtime
He said. I expect you are muddling us up with B and Q
I said..no, I'm Not stupid! It's B and M.
Anyway I gave up but he made me look stupid in front of other customers telling them it's probably B and Q.
I went into Currys, bought a new phone (because the troublesome one needed replacing anyway) and when we got back to Caitlin s and she sorted old and new phones for me....there was the email voucher. .....B & M

Plenty of items to buy food,alcohol,home ware, paint,toys and plenty more. Cheap, some items are not very good quality but others fine. No customer toilets but if you ask staff they will allow you to use one. No cafe. Plenty of free parking, the only frustrating thing is the queues and it always seems to be just before the school run when you need to be quick I have had to put items back plenty of times as they have taken so long to serve people I ran out of time and had to leave.

Not a bad place to shop, but i did think the prices were a bit higher than

Called in on a Sunday about 11.30am , good selection of items and very busy which indicated to me this was obviously a popular store. Although it was busy, it wasn't uncomfortable.

Great selection, although didn't have the cat treats I got in there before.

Always very helpful when I regularly go there to buy leisure gas for my caravan. I love to browse the store as they always have bargains on offer.

Very quiet! Had everything I wanted and more! Massive store.
