B&M Home Store with Garden Centre

Excellent new store with loads of products. Great garden area with a whole rage of things you need or would like.

Usually love B&M went into the store today and was shocked shelves were empty trolleys of stock everywhere lots of staff no doing much . This i have to say is not usual however its hard to find what you want on empty shelves just 1 aisle

Went to this Ashby shop Sunday 23rd July
My wife wanted some washing powder where there were 2 wire baskets with cable ties attached to the wire cage one of which was pointed upwards when she bent down the cable tie stabbing her in the left eye causing it to become very blood shot and blurry vision
We reported what had happened to a member of staff on the till we used who politely asked for a manager to attend
On attending the management follow up with the wife to check out the culprit cage and cable tie
All as she kept saying was that she was sorry telling my wife that the extra tie should be cut off but hadn’t on this case
My wife could have been blind now but no one seemed to be interested or bothered to take this matter further no care in the world no vouchers in form of apology no nothing just didn’t seem to care
Diabolical!!!! I’m just wondering what would have happened if my wife would be blind now nothing I don’t suppose
Please send this review to your head office for your managements decision

we like going to b&m in the morning as it's quiet, the only thing I would like to mention is that they open at 8am why would they want to mop the floors when customers are coming in, we have actually avoided the isles that are very wet as don't want to slip so sometimes we don't always get what we have come for due to avoiding this problem and others are the same and today I had to come out a bit faster because whatever cleaning detergent was being used was really really strong I like walking around but wouldn't it be better idea to mop before it opens as some people do walk on the floor when wet.

Quite a large store well laid out and clean and bright . Good parking too and free . Staff are friendly.

Always a great store for prices all depts too wallpapers ..food…toys…home wares kitchen and bedroom ..car care etc and fence panels

Shame this store has such a big staff turn over. You just get to know faces while you shop and then they are gone. I also think it's wrong how managers talk badly of their staff while working. Other than that you usually find what you need

Was impressed a trip with my son and his family enjoyed it was well out me normal shopping area
