You need to teach your staff some manners, I came in this store this morning and there was a guy shopping who clearly had tourettes.. As he left the store 2 members of staff was laughing and mimicking him very loudly, not bothered about the other shoppers around them.. Just disgusting behaviour and I won't be coming back
If that's how they treat the customers..

Check sell buy dates.
Bought something this week that had a best by date in June 2022. Four months out of date. Took item back and they said they don't do checks when items are received in store. They don't have the time.
So it is a case of buyer beware.

Clean tidy well stocked store. The staff are polite, friendly and helpful. Very enjoyable shopping experience

Always have a good supply of stock to choose from.
I use them on a regular basis to stock up on what's needed from cat food and coffee, to tinned goods and candles.
Always good value with friendly staff that will help if needed.
They are stocking a good selection of Xmas decorations and gifts.

Good sized store with loads of bargains but parking can be a bit hit and miss and it gets super busy at 12-1pm as it shares a car park with McDonald's

Interesting range of goods at good prices, well worth a visit.

I wouldn't describe myself as a regular customer, but I do visit the store every now and again.... today my experience was 😖. I went to look around and decided my little girl will like that as a surprise and only £4 .... however going to the till the girl was £20.00 ... something as I pick some sweets
I was why is so expensive ? Replay its £20.00 she said if you don't want it I will refund

I think I will miss going as half of the stock wasn't price at 6pm .... and the other half wrong price
I pick a candle 🕯 reduce to £3 and on the till scans with £5 .... shocking
