Very quiet in the morning. Loved it. Free parking for 2 hours. Down side it has a variety of items but not many different ones like we see on big stores. This is a slightly small store. Also manual check outs are small and not many. Apart from that good 👍

Spotted it in passing and it didn't disappoint. A large selection of possibilities and some bargains to be had. Came out with a few things I new I needed but hadn't yet looked for and happy with quality and price.

Lovely and affordable items , the staff was nice too , especially Billy at the till , his customer service has exceeded my expectations, he deserves a pay rise as well , he is 3rd person in 6 years to deliver such amazing customer service ✌️

I'm absolutely disgusted with the customer service!!! NOT even the manager listens or takes any action!! And how cashiers allows people to push in front because they know them!! I had one item and got pushed to the back! Fuming and will never spend another penny in that shop again! It's always same in that shop!!!

Billy at old Kent road branch was absolutely fantastic. He has excellent customer service skills. He literally communicated with every single customer and asked how their xmas and new year holiday was. Very thoughtful of him.

This was like the old BHS stores used to be. Lots of choice, clean, tidy. Variety of household item gifts and toys, staff were friendly. For my first experience of this shop I was very impressed.

B&M is cheap and cheerful. This particular B&M is pokey, always messy. Nothing like the other stores I've been to. I suggest it is buldozed like the nearby Aldi and rebuilt into a modern shop.
