The Original Factory Shop

We always visit this store when we're visiting family in Surrey. We find they have a good selection of goods on display at very competitive prices. The staff are efficient and friendly.

Not sure about the price of named products as lot of these items are cheaper on line. However flash deals are good and household stuff seems cheap. Clothes tho you can get cheaper elsewhere. 15 pounds for a pair of Adidas shorts for example

Really don't like this shop. It's dirty, messy and, on the whole, has rubbish items. But, very occasionally, it has something acceptable.

Today I bought 4 Portmerion plates for £5 each, which are being sold for £25 for 2 on ebay.

Everything else was cheap and nasty. And there was no one at the tills, I had to wait almost 5 minutes for someone to come and serve me.

So, if you can put up with the nastiness, you might, occasionally, find something you want.

What can I say that hasn't been said this shop sells alot of items day to day you can find anything in here from cold drinks too clothing Ant the manager is a credit too your business always willing too help and always chipper great location and great staff

Overall it's a store I generally enjoy to visit for child's clothing. Although recently when I visit the staff watch over you and follow you around making you feel real uneasy. I suffer With anxiety and the staff there recently have made my visits uncomfortable.
I understand theft maybe an issue but that being said maybe more training should be offered or hiring trained security staff.
