B&M Home Store with Garden Centre

Fairly busy store with much of the usual B&M Bargains and offers the entrance to the store can be congested with customers trying to get goods from the shelf stocked right in the barriers entrance area and the first few metres of aisle getting into the main shelves in the store. Once inside the main building the main aisles seem to be full of cages or stock waiting to be packed on the shelves or empty cartons to go to the back stock room for disposal. the Store inside has a frozen food aisles which is good but the carpark outside of the store is not very big and can be busy though you can park in the favell carpark across the way and walk from there

So not impressed with the store and their staff can do understand they are gearing up for a revamp but the staff were very rude when we asked about female deodorant was told we don't have any you need to go to Tesco or Wilko's when they have shelves and shelves full of dog and cat food. when we got to the till there was no polite chat from assistant, didn't ask if we wanted any help or give us the total for the shopping we had to ask for that , safe to say we won't be going back

Terrible. Wanted buy a cat food. No price on the shelf, found a A4 papers listed all the cat food with price. Whiskas on paper £9.49, on the till £13 when I asked, they said that paper is not correct and I should bought that paper to the till and ask. Basically my fault. Very disappointed ☹️

Excellent for your pet food, all your house hold goods, to fancy bling, to lighting , curtains to furniture
Its a shop you need a good hour in to shop around, a little money in your pocket, as you will buy things you need at a cheaper price

Normaly ok but i managed to get the last twin air fryer but when i got it home it was faulty, took it back but no chance or offer of a replacement from staff and had to wait a few days for my refund bit dissapointed!

Very nice products but didn't have everything I wanted. Some empty shelves

With today's throwaway mentality there's little point spending a fortune on many everyday items. Cheap and cheerful being the appropriate phrase, so step forward B&M and take a bow.

I love shopping at this store. It always has everything I want, and I always buy things that weren't on my list.
