Love to pop by every time I'm nearby. Nice stationery selections, stuff for different kinds of arts and crafts, a bit of books about local history etc, and a bit of general randomness.

A great store. Very easy to find what you need. Wonderful friendly staff who even helped me carry some items to my car. one of my favourite Works stores.

I felt its very pricy. But its location is good where there are no other nearby craft shop in highstreet in hounslow east. Also craft wires n many craft stuff are not available in there.

Friendly staff and bargain products. Great crafts and stationery selection. Always something new and their card-making packs will be an affordable lifesaver this Xmas as other presents are not within reach on a micro budget. A handmade card is worth more than a hundred gifts.

Great store. Helpful very helpful staff and quality items at bargain prices. 5 star rating as we only went in for a quick browse and came out about 20 minutes later with wrapping paper and my Son wanted a jigsaw puzzle from the many on selection. So many useful bits from this one store and as mentioned the staff member who served was very pleasant and helpful. Thankyou😊

Great shop with books, arts and crafts, gifts and toys. This shop is for all ages. Very friendly staff. You can get good books at a very good discounted prices. Got a great selection of kids book with a wonderful offer of 10 for £10.

Arts and crafts items are much affordable.

Good experience went to shop looking to fixed a small battery to a duck top which shows the temperature well done the manager and her work associate they fixed the problem with minutes with a simley face well done !
