Checkout person dosen’t have manners. she talks to the phone when I ask 3 time bag. She didn't Listen. She keep talking to phone. After finishing all items to scanning then after she ask me bag. And i ask normal poundland bag then she says buy this bag it will fit in this bag. She says just 20p extra. 2 to 3 time she says. I feel like she forcing to buy this bag. But it’s not a matter of the 10p,30p.it’s matter was when i asked she didn't listen. and she pretending like is it talking on the walkie-talkie on the microphone. but some Home personal discussing going on.

Spent more then i should. Good servic just wish people would'n chuk stock awound which danged the itens.working in retail my self i know u can,t say much.

Asked a female staff member for help but she refused. Everyone seems miserable in their work. Bring back the other Poundland that closed, it was much better

Good variety of every day stuff you need at cheap prices.

Very good customer service from the lady in the till, she is always so nice and ready to help. Overall the store sells great products, Just one guy that lets the store down, his name starts with a M seems very aggressive and rude and seems to be speaking in his own language with his colleagues which i find very unethical. You come to work to work not have a party. Tried asking for support once and he did not understand what I was saying. Don’t know how they hire these people.

This shop sells an interesting mix of products and the selection seems slightly different each time I visit. It is often quite busy, but I can normally get round the shop and out again quite quickly. The queuing for the tills is a little chaotic at peak times

prices have gone up nice things in the store.
