I love the works. All sorts of goodies to be found here besides books. Staff are lovely. My only moan is that the shop is hard to walk round without banging into things.

Ok for the most part, but two weeks ago I attended the shop and attempted to pay with a £20. The person stated that he did not have nay change. This was probably not his fault. This is ridiculous. How can one not have change? Although it was in the morning, it is reasonably foreseeable that someone will pay with a £20. The customer service is excellent.

Full of the cheap end products. The children's paint box I bought proved worse than useless. Despite much effort hardly any colour came off and went in the bin much to my grandsons disappointment. Ok for note books if quality isn't an issue.

Health and Safety Disaster. Who knows if it had anything worth buying in it as it was impossible to push a pram around without knocking everything over. Objects piled picariously in walkways.
