Has great variety of home decor. The staff are helpful. It gone bit busy and they opened a third till.

Only because I had the feeling of being watched. Otherwise perfectly fine. I've worked in retail so I understand the need but the customer's should be unaware of staff diligence against a thief but be more covert. That way normal people don't feel uncomfortable.

It's hit and miss as to what stock is avaliable and I go in there hoping for what I want, but generally come out feeling deflated. The confectionary is great, but the staff sometimes disappoint my shopping experience too. It's like being in a cattle market.

WORST EVER EXPERIENCE IN STORE!!!
I visit this store in regular bases to do my household shopping but unfortunately yesterday I had the worst ever experience in my life. I was STOPPED and approached in a very inappropriate way by the staff claiming that I was stealing and they had been watching me the whole time. I had a basket full of items on hand and only wanted to see the toys next to the tills and main entrance. I went to speak to the manager NOT EVEN INTERESTED at all and only a cold apology without even a feeling of guiltiness about the situation. I was told that people steal a lot from their store and they get confused and ect. but is still not my problem at all as you can not go to a customer randomly and blame them with no proof on hand! I understand that they get shoplifters but that doesn't make me one of them!!!! if people steal from there than they should remove the items near the entrance and have a security to deal with it. Very disappointed from the way I was treated in front of everyones eyes during a very busy time of the day. The body language and way she used to communicate with me was veryyyyy unprofessional!!!! Just to add that I have worked long enough in the retail industry and was trained well enough to know that no matter what the situation is they could always be a possibility of misunderstanding!!!! I hope my review and emails reaches the right place and they check their CCTV on that day to see the truth and ggive their staff the right training so that innocent people dont get involved with these kind of situations!!!!! Will still be going there for shopping as I know I haven't done anything and they should be ashamed of what they have done every time they see me !!!!

Love it, love it, love it. Great place to pick up a bargain. Food, housewares, toys, alcohol, you name it and they sell it. Maybe not everything can be found in the Tolworth branch but you really ought to go to a bigger branch. Just remember to take a credit card or plenty of money 'cos you'll want to buy ALOT of what you see.

Went in here for the first time just before Christmas. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the products. The shop is also well laid out with a good amount of space so it makes for a nice experience.

Very good items available at cheap prices.

Store isn't the biggest b&m but some of the products are pretty value for money.
