What a liars with closing down offer. Completely different prices on the shelfs and when you ask at the till the staff isn't nice at all. Very misleading. Disgusting and disappointing to treat customers like idiots

Great news all on sell 50% 😊 hurry up guys. This is nice store. You can buy pet food grocery, home stuff gardening, and many more . I recommend people come and visit this shop and have a looked it.

Great store with great prices, I feel like it needs some renovation done, it is a bit outdated. In this day and age a huge flight of steep stairs shouldn’t be the only way to access a store…

place with many diversities, I found for a good price things I had been looking for a long time. I thought it was quiet, I don't know, it seemed closed. suggestion to the owner, put an ambient sound

The customer service is terrible. The staff randomly started making fun of my dad calling him names thinking we don't understand, not only that they called people from inside the staffroom just so they could mock him. I don't know what the problem was but I regret stepping foot in there and I don't think I'll ever shop there again.

Not very nice workers, I had to say hello three times before someone Bearley pay attention to me, he said he was packing the shelves.
I refuse to go back nit the first time.
They need to be trained properly 🙄

Not accessible by wheelchair or those with difficulty walking as you have to negotiate a long flight of stairs down into the store.
Must have been an old dept. store at some point.
Good selection of items available at fairly reasonable prices.

Didn’t refund my product even on the next day of purchased 🤬as claimed opened. My 1st purchase from here, buyed blanket, it’s cover(quilt) and pillow on 30th nov at evening. But once I took it home I dint liked the cover & its quality also the price written In shelf was 12/13£ Whereas it charged me 22£ and went for refund for the *quilt cover only right on next day by packing the product same way🥶.But what they said was they cannot take it back & cannot refund me aswell as it’s opened lol. The worst terms & condition of this shop😠. Never visiting again❌ No choice so I got it back with me now! Very disappointed. Really bad customer experience & service!
