B&M Store

Good selection of Xmas bits and pieces already but store needs some TLC - a good tidy up and organising wouldn't go amiss. But nonetheless a good selection of all what you'd expect from a B&M store, cashier was friendly and free parking right outside.

Always find it a pleasure to spend time in B&M as I always find quality goods at amazing price. Happy to have purchased a spare set of in ear mixx bluetooth ear buds providing 28hrs of use fir £25. Pleasant staff always who are ready to help.

I walked in today as I needed to do a very big shop. I needed a trolly but the trolly didn't accept my token. So I went in and asked the cashier if I could exchange my money to get a pound coin for the trolly. " No" she replies really rudely and abruptly,
"we ain't allowed to give money for the trolly".
So I say I have a lot of things I need to buy today and she just ignores me and begins dealing with another customer shaking her head as though I'd inconvenienced her.
RUDE!!!!! wont be going back.

What's not to love. Great bargains and a huge selection of everything. We managed to get all our children's Christmas bits here with some added extras for ourselves.
Friendly staff and very welcoming.

A remarkably wide range of goods including well known brands at much lower prices than usual. For example I purchased a well known brand of roll on antiperspirant for rather less than half of the price in a high street chemist.
There are similar savings to be had on items from food to homewares. Well worth a visit.

This is a great store.
Lots to see, you always find something even if you went in for something else.

Worst customer service. I bought a beard trimmer, the quality wasn't great. When I went to return it the manager said me to show bank statement as proof of transaction as their was no barcode on the receipt. After long discussion manager asked us abiut date and time for shopping when fortunately I knew. This helped her to find transaction. However, another person secretly took the product in corner and try to damage it. When asked he said it is his job to check items returned sceretly and he doesn't care about fairness and developmental feedback.

Every time I go in to that store in Dagenham,I come out wanting to punch the staff,there's always rude staff on the tills,It makes me so angry as it seems the managers don't teach their staff good customer service.But then it doesn't cost much to look someone in the eye and say thank you.And to put the receipt in your hand,not slam it on the counter with no thank you or nothing.
