B&M Home Store

Decent budget retailer with easy to find items throughout the store for home and garden including food. Staff are not the best at service but are there is you need them. Prices are excellent and some bargains can be found.

Cheap, cheerful and a large store with a good range of stock. Their pet aisle is quite impressive when fully stocked, cracking selection of toys, leads and beds for dogs but the selection of cat toys falls short.

Wide range of beverages, crisps, biscuits and chocolates, some incredible bargains too. Good outdoor section and homewares...one downside us that despite the queues, you only ever seen one till open.

I go in this store all the time, constantly in here for cat food/litter as it’s very convenient for me. Everytime I go in here I get to the tills and am always greeted by the most rudest staff. 2 older women very rude always shouting across the store or talking down to other members of staff. They serve you like they can’t be bothered to be there. Seriously need to change their attitude or look for another job. It makes me feel so uncomfortable and why should I go to a further away store when this one is perfectly good enough for me except for these two horrible women. Absolutely disgusting no exaggeration it’s everytime time I go in if it’s not the one it’s the other one. Sort it out please

Horrible place.
The staff are grumpy.
The shop is a Horrible moggy humid feeling with zero ventilation.
90% of customers are tired of getting electric shocks while shopping and scared to touch the shelfs.
B&M Head office are vile Horrible people towhom blame it on the atmosphere 😒
That's when one can get someone to answer the phone.

Got everything I needed and carol on the till was very kind, helpful and patient as I'm disabled and it takes time to pick up and put my things away. Please tell her thankyou.

Went in today the staff were single handed the laziest rudest people I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I stood there while Sophie made countless announcements for a staff member who never turned up whilst the two women behind me in the queue stood there using foul language including “C” words and nothing was said in the end I just said forget it and walked out so angry and disgusted. The shelves are scruffy which I can forgive but the staff are useless and inept the lot need sacking and hire people who give a monkeys and want to be there. The staff are USELESS and INEPT and ruined the store.

Absolutely love B&M Home Store so many lovely items, not just now but all year round, great value and quality products, keep doing what you are.
