I recently traveled to this b&m store in hopes of finding some relatively cheap but stable furniture following moving in to a new property, as I was in store I saw a member of staff who actually turned out to be the store manager (I can’t remember his name) he advised me what he had purchased for his own home and what he recommended which I am extremely grateful for. I went for 2 wardrobes a chest of drawers and 2 bedside units. He went above and beyond to ensure staff were available to help get all of the above to my vehicle and they didn’t leave my side until the load was secure. Thanks again to the manager of this store and to the colleagues he has. A real credit to b&m.

Good place to shop for household bits, store has a warehouse feel to it though that the previous location didn't. That said, more choice in garden section.

I have always loved B&M, my fiancè will tell you I always spend so much time and money in there but today we found there is no toilet. Not very inclusive of disabled customers who have issues and may need to go, I'm sure B&M can do much better than this. Really no excuse to not have a customer toilet in this day and age.

My favourite store, our local home and garden store at warren heath, Ipswich! All Staff especially their cashier's are lovely to deal with, cannot do more for you, great customer service, in a retail environment that currently is hard! Good range of products, really wish they sold garden pond filters and accessories, nothing within 5 miles. B & Q expensive, Argos doesn't sell, The range have great selection but not close to ip3!

Friendly staff, helpful staff, nice big store. Perfect for mostly everything you need. Only went for a decent size storage box and got one no worries.

Decent amount of stock and variety in. I managed to get myself a few dying plants in the reduced section that will be fixed up, I find this b and m usually has a nice amount of plants in stock. Plenty of Christmas items in-stock.

Some excellent prices on Christmas foods, also Cadbury products and large bars of chocolate, much cheaper than big supermarkets. Don't forget Warren Heath also has mezzanine floor for furniture etc. and a great selection of storage boxes.

Large store great selection and variation good value, good parking with disabled.busy but very close to xmas so expected
