Always love shopping here never know what you are going to buy

Good selection got what I needed, although still can't get my usual dog food. Friendly staff. I do love this place.

Good prices, good products, good range of departments, large store, plenty of room...my only complaint is that you seldom see more than just the one till open. Eight people queuing? One till will do apparently.

That being said there is a great range of toys and food for dogs and cats. Great range of food, homeware, garden ornaments and lights...they have a brilliant range of products at Christmas too.

Wonderful experience today... My son dropped his pocket money at the Cannock store. He was upset. One of the Staff found it and Informed me at the till it had been checked on the CCTV that he'd missed his pocket and dropped on the floor. Very grateful to them.

Good all round store at good prices.

This shop is alright, has a number of bargains to be had. The arrangement is a bit like a jumble sale though, like no one is cleaning up. The impulse buys at the start are organised but that's it, the rest is a free for all. I'd still shop around if possible as Tesco next door still has things cheaper or stocks hit and miss items atm like tin foil.

Worth a visit if you want to look round and possible to purchase

The service is dreadful, never enough staff, long queues. Can't recommend at this current time.
