B&M Home Store

Always good in this store. Can take a few visits to get to know where things are. However with that said overall has always got a good variety of items and offers. I will say on personal experience that they are the best place to go for washing products (washing machine tablets). Be warned though at no fault of their own can be queuing for a while as gets very busy in there especially at the weekend.

The girl that was serving me and my daughter was very rude. We were served today and my daughter had to buy strong glue and she was asked for ID for this and she is 21 the girl kept asking for her ID as she was paying and as her mother is next to her so I had to pay as my daughter did not have it. Shocking how you need ID for a glue. The girl did not even give us our receipt and started serving the next customer. The girl was ginger honestly she ruined my mood.

Staff make up their own rules. I saw online I can return an item with a bank statement as proof of purchase as I lost my receipt. I went into the County Oak store and the 2 staff members would not give me a refund as I requested and as I saw on your website. The one staff member said I can show them my bank statement but they don't know that is indeed the products I bought. The products came up more expensive in the till, I said I paid less, she believed me there? But did not believe the fact I bought it and could get a refund. Surely the policy that is online should be carried out in the shop and members of staff don't make their own up?

Seems a pretty decent branch of B&M. Staff are friendly, plenty of parking and contrary to what some others have said, I didn't see any problems with the levels of stock on hand. The staff were friendly, only thing the don't sell is sandwiches.

Gotta love B&M, loads of stuff to look at and I always seem to spend money even if I didn't initially have anything in mind to buy! Some great bargains...why pay more?

However, the stock cages were in quite a few of the aisles, which made it tricky to access and view ☹️

Very friendly lady at the checkout had the same pen we were buying, which made my daughter very happy))) also good selection of toys and stationery

Love this store. Nicely stocked and lots of variety.
