The Original Factory Shop

This store isn't quite as good as it used to be, before it had a 'makeover'. But it is still a good place to go, locally, for all general needs. They sell at very reasonable prices, & that is what I most appreciate

Great shop for all your needs. I bought a Hoover and was not satisfied with it as it didn't really suck up any dirt. The staff were very friendly and happy to help with the return.

I haven't been in too many British stores yet, but I found this store quite enjoyable. One reason is because it's small and they had a bunch of different things. It kind of reminded me of the dollar store back in the states, but with a bit higher quality products. The employees were so nice and I will definitely be going back at some point.

reserved some items for collection; they were ready within half an hour. i came to pick them up and had a momentary brain fart with my pin (due to amnesia) and couldn’t access my pin reminder. the lady who served me, Bev, was so incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. she split my payment into two so i could use contactless, and just handled it all so lovely. this prevented my anxiety from peeking and i couldn’t be more thankful to her for her excellent customer service skills & general kindness.

I went in Thursday to get a birthday balloon of which they had a large selection.
What added to a very successful shopping trip was the friendly and helpful staff, Bev and Yvonne they are a credit to the store.
Made shopping under COVID-19 regulations a joy.

A small little original factory shop, but I was able to get what I wanted to find. Quite hidden unless you walk through town facing it. Not spectacular but the thing to note here are ladies serving. They were fantastic, really helpful with my buggy and my toddler, friendly and informational. Would definitely go back and pick up more bits.
