Very rude customer service here! I will not be shopping in this store again. Today at 1pm I came in to buy a gift and was waiting at the till point for a few minutes and I asked one of the sales assistant if someone will be coming to the till to serve (as he was just putting up balloons) and he responded with " wait until I'm finished".

I've never been to a store where you have to wait to buy an item because the sales team is decorating the front and won't serve till they finish putting up balloons which should really be done in the morning. When I confronted him he ended up lying and arguing with me. Something so simple like actually buying the products should not be so hard. I have never been treated like this at a shop in my life! so unprofessional and disrespectful.

We visited this shop with a pram and wanted to see the balloon section, but one of the staff was in our way. We asked her to let us go through nicely and she gave us a look and rolled her eyes... not something you expect to encounter when you are shopping something fun for kids (and with kids!)

Excellent little treasure trove for crafty items!

I had an excellent shopping experience with this branch - helpful staff who looked in the back for the red glitter I needed and then also was pleasantly surprised when I got to the till and the cards I bought was on sale! Would shop here again no hesitancy!

I went to pick up a few things today. The cashier was so kind to point out to the more discounted version of a book I picked.

The merchandise is terrific and staff tremendously knowledgeable. I'd only to mention the words 'Unicorn' or 'Mermaid' and generous selection of themed stock was shown to me by a truly talented toy professional.

Absolutely amazing customer service from every member of staff I came into contact with. Very helpful and easy to navigate around the store! 10/10 experience
