Great place for a bargain. Some luvly stuff here for the home. Sells food to which is very good value.

I favourite store in the Mall. I visit this store at least three times a week. Good and wholesome items sold at a very reasonable prices. Supermarkets can learn a thing or two from this store and it's wonderful staff. Highly recommended.

Whilst the products in here were really good, the staff, however, were **Not**. Dismissive, rude, snotty, ignoring, talking to each other as if you weren't there, and once there as a queue at closing time, One or two other staff were standing Round with the one and only cashier, talking with her, distracting her, instead of opening tills and helping the rest of the queue leave before closing — whilst being quite hostile and annoyed about the customers still being there.
The staff made me decide that (after going there a few times now, and getting the same attitudes from them), I actually was not going back ever again, not to this particular branch.
I have Autism/ASD. I'm uncomfortable with people being openly hostile, grumpy, and rather rude when they're in Customer “Service” roles — having to be out shopping is difficult enough, thank you very much, without having to navigate these uncomfortable and slightly frightening attitudes.
As an independent wheelchair user, who finds moving around a little stiff and difficult, I also found that they neither offered to help me pack, nor waited long enough for me to back before starting on the next customer... Who they DID offer to pack for.
When this happened twice, it put the last nail in for my being able to deal with this place.

Use this store often, always well stocked with great options for food and household goods, it looks fairly tidy. The staff here always seem busy, friendly and polite.

Great shop that sells really great food that you can't find in a supermarket anymore. Prices are amazing and the staff are always happy to help and cheerful. Would highly recommend.

Good selection of household items, food goods and toys for kids, also good selection of items and food for pet cats,dogs and birds, but could do with a bit more choice for small animals .x. store shelves are well stocked and staff are friendly .x.

Always enjoy visiting this store. Its very spaced out which is brilliant in the times we're currently living in. The staff and service are always prompt and polite. Overall 5 out of 5 especially for their cleanliness and covid measures.
