It's a shop well worth having nearby, not as much choice as the main supermarkets but mostly cheaper, often run out of stuff, but check shopping before you put in your basket, had such a lot of shopping with damaged packaging sometimes leading to being thrown away or having to return. Overall tho good. Staff friendly and helpful.

Always a pleasant trip this B+M. Lots of free parking and plenty of disabled spaces, but it can get busy at the weekends. The store itself stocks a wide variety of items from sweets/crisps to gifts and everyday household items. They have aisles for furnishings, electricals, gardening and DIY to name but a few. Wide aisles, easy to navigate in an electric scooter. Decent prices. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Only went in for flop flips, which they didn't have any of, but came out with several other items I hadn't bargained for. Will definitely have to make a return visit, friendly helpful staff, especially Mel, who went out of her way to help and had some great advice, she's a keeper 😀

If I could give 0 stars I would!! First of all the security guard wrongfully accused my sister for stealing, when she did not!! Then after that he had the audacity to shout and be rude to her instead of being apologetic. My sister is a Northampton university student she doesn’t have to deal with men twice her age being rude and shouting at her when she just simply wanted to return goods. Then when making a complaint to a supervisor the supervisor said maybe because it’s been a busy day. Having a busy day is no excuse to be rude to customers, that is your job after all. After that incident the security guard proceeded to follow my sister around the store, which is just harassment because my sister did absolutely nothing wrong. VERY poor behaviour and customer service. That security guard should be embarrassed and he clearly doesn’t do his job properly, his job should be finding prosecutors and not shouting at young women.

What a useful place to put a discounter, next door to a Morrisons. When you finally find the space where the item you want should be in Morrisons and it is either empty or the product damaged. Go next door to B and M,it may have a limited range but you can get what you want. A bonus and saves a wasted journey.
Keep up the good work.

B&M is always a good place to get cheap stuff. This Northampton one also has very helpful staff. The model Daleks which I bought are delightful.

This one is OK, not as good as others in Northampton, find it harder to locate items... And always have to play a game of hunt the prices... Fortunately I use the App scanner
