Lovely big building with plenty of bargains, staff are absolutely lovely!! My daughter dropped her comforter in there and we only noticed when we got home. We rang up gave them a description and within 1 hour they called us out of hours to let us know they had found it. They went out of their way to make sure my daughter didn’t miss her “bubby” over night. We’ve also got in store for a certain item but it wasn’t in stock there so they rang the bnm behind the bus station and asked someone to keep one behind so we could go and buy it. Again I say amazing customer service and amazing friendly staff!

ANGEL assisted me in selecting the correct hair dye and bleach. Angel spent a long time supporting and recommending. I appriciate her help and time. She went out her way to spend time in selecting the correct product. I wish her the best and she would be great manager and having a long term career. We need more people like angel at b&m some are very moody and rude

Love it..amazing bargains...no 1 should have to scrimp and save with places like this...people are saying they have to decide whether to eat or heat 🔥....just bulk cook..batch cook stews, soups...4 packs of veg for less than £5...educate families on how to budget

Great store for everyday household items including some groceries, just a pity that not all stores have the items in, so now and again I have to pop round to the others for some items.

Generally cheap tat, short shelf-life produce and over-priced foreign, imported confectionery.

Store has a dirty, grubby feel. Everything has a film of dust, like you would find in a commercial warehouse.

Aisles are extremely narrow.

Not much positive to say about this store (or B&M in general) but they do have a very varied stock.

Big store with a vast amount of goods at fair prices.

Always helpful and kind staff, just think the building is abit run down, it’s an old store so what can you do

Good parking, well laid out, only lost stars on customer experience. I went to the till, placed items on, greeted the staff at the checkout, was completely ignored whilst they (Jackie and lady with long blondish hair, name badge covered by hair,) continued their conversation (not work related), and even stopped putting my items through whilst they talked. Found this very rude really.
