B&M Home Store with Garden Centre

Not a huge fan of how they treat their staff but they do have a good range of products at decent prices. Good to see some vegan stuff.

As always you can’t just go in for just one thing, end up coming out with loads!!! Staff were friendly on the checkout, didn’t have to wait at all to pay, sped straight through. Great service! There were lots of empty shelves today but I think that’s because they are putting out new stock or rearranging. We managed to get what we wanted though

I would specifically like to draw the mangers attention to am employee called David who works at the store.
David assisted us today and he is both credit to himself and your company.

Big store selling a wide range of products including food, always competitively priced. Nice garden centre at rear of shop, selling seasonal plants, compost, fencing, slabs etc. Staff always friendly.

A lot of the prices can be beaten over the road in tesco. The plants for sale at this time of year were well overpriced
Annuals that were well past their sell by were still at full price as were all perennials. Many pther stores ie homebase doing much better deals.

A fairly good selection of products. Unfortunately, as with all stores of this type, there is always an item one gets used to buying, only for it to be discontinued (to be fair, even the large supermarkets cause the same irritation).
A decent sized car park, good opening hours, and nice staff.

Went to 3 Bnm's to find an item and all big stores were oos...Beccles not a massive 1 but so much of everything&had my item.
