B&M Home Store with Garden Centre

This store very reasonable on price but very hit and miss on stock availability.
Always shop for wild bird food three times not had a lot of items in stock I travel from Potters bar so a special trip.

The plants are reasonable but not looked after in regard to watering so many either dead or struggling the store started off well now you struggle with stock availability on many items

This store is in a great location and has everything you could possibly need. Branded items like cereal, chocolate and cleaning products are much cheaper than in the supermarket and their furniture is such a bargain. My husband and I were looking for a dining set we’d seen online but couldn’t find it, so we asked a member of staff (Vikatesh?) who was very helpful and went and got it from the warehouse for us. I particularly like the home decor aisles and have saved a massive amount of money by shopping here.

Absolutely huge store! Whatever your looking for ...you will find it here, im certain! They have good prices and every inch of the store is filled with products. Often there are ques at checkouts , i have had this issue with other B&M stores also, so it not a localised problem..not sure what it is but thats the only negative for me, aside from that a brilliant experience. Oh and they do some bargain clearance items also 😉

Handy for everything you need at discounted prices. Sometimes waiting at the tills can be a problem but I've found that with most b and m stores. No self service either

Absolutely freezing, the poor staff I know it's January but this disgraceful. I will not be back,shame on you b&m how do you expect your staff to work in that? Bet your office's are nice and warm.

How can you not love B and M! This is next to a tesco and petrol station, next costa and pets at home, with ample parking. It's a large store so often find what I went for.

Literally no care in the world for customer safety, 0 pricing throughout shop, worrying times. Lacks a capable management team

When you come to a store - your not expecting it to be spotless. But this was a completely different level of unorganised mess. We saw that the shelves were like they had just been ravaged by a grizzly bear and the garden centre was full of dead plants - some which were simply over watered and my have drowned in their own pots. The crisp isle was a complete mess and I was simply shocked that this was a store based in Welwyn. For a London store you could have forgiven it - but not for a place like Welwyn. Disappointing visit.
