The staff are awesome. Nothing is too much trouble. I asked for a mattress topper and the staff communicated with each other and checked the back room. They didn't have the size I needed so we opened a different size to see if I could fold it. Clear explanation of why the web sites show stock availability even though the order has not yet arrived. Great staff.

Great store but it's the staff that make it like that .they are so friendly and you can have a laugh with them it make you go back to the same store to shop

I absolutely love this shop. Everytime I go in I spend loads. Prices are next to nothing , and the variety of things to buy is amazing. I could get everything I need to completely revamp my house. Love it .

Went for their garden section. Used to be good but their plants etc are quite expensive compared to other places now.

It was good however when I go to b&m I want a fat food section I don’t care for the bedding or home section also the alcohol section needs to be expanded because I did not see any £10 vodka or questionable Gemma Collins drinks in this B&M

I love this store! Loads of selection in all departments and the prices are great. The staff are always friendly and helpful too
