Fabulous new store . I live in Coventry and went shopping in Tamworth I was so impressed and loved the outdoor gardening section . I purchased a lot of garden stones and the young man ( Jorden) was so helpful . I rang before I went to see if they had what I needed and there were only 9 bags left so he saved them for me so I wouldn’t have a wasted journey and after paying he kindly loaded them into my car . Great store , great prices and great service . Please pass on my thanks to Jordan .

Usually I have a great experience at Home Bargains and would give them 5 stars however today was awful. As a disabled person I have to be very careful of my surroundings and today was no exception. The cashier was waiting for a manager to come but she had to wait a while then two came along. The young male manager showed he could not be bothered and was not pleasant to the cashier. As he left I was stood by the trolley and till. He pushed past my trolley pushing it into me and I ended up knocking myself into the till area. There was no excuse me or sorry. He walked off very agitated. If this is how home bargains trains their managers I feel very disappointed as I thought customers were supposed to be respected.

Warning. Parking is only free for 2 hours at Ventura Retail Park, the old John Lewis site. Just received a £60 fine, if paid within 14 days otherwise £100. Despite purchases being made at Home Bargains and spending time browsing there's nothing they can do for you as the land is privately owned and managed by parkingeye Ltd No worries, shop elsewhere in future.

Always good prices. It does live up to it's name so don't expect M&S and you'll be ok.

There were more empty shelves than full.
Incorrect pricing labels on shelf edges.
When checking price with manager her reason for stock being in the wrong place was the customers fault, excuse me a whole shelf that has been priced incorrectly is firmly a staff issue.
Clearly management does not take accountability for staff and stock issues in this store. The staff all look miserable.
Retail is not an easy job but if you don't want to be there then find a job that you want to do.
When miserable staff make the shopping experience rubbish then a store is not worth visiting!
