Almost everything a pound. Stock always changing. Sometimes it is cheaper from other stores but you can always find a bargain. Queuing can be a problem but staff quickly deal with any build up with their favourite phrase - 'Next please!'

So I walked to school one morning on a Thursday to buy some Pepsi Max to sell as it was one of the last days of the term and we just kind of slacking in classes. But although it was about 5 minutes past opening time, it was closed. The same thing happened again once, it was about 15 minutes before closing time and they said I couldn't come in because they were "closing"
Then again, it does function as a pound store so you expect what goes down. Handy when needed

We all know what Poundland is like, you can buy nice things at a much lower cost, than in the high street. Go and have a look for yourselves and see

Usual Poundland, lots of stuff for a pound not much more can be said :-). Now stocking a few items that cost more than £1 but still very good value.

I can remember when all items (or multiples of) were £1:00. But now you have to check the price labels, e.g. coffee is £4:00. It could be argued the shop isn't actually called £1:00Land, but just remember to check the prices. This store also practices trying to flog you chocolates at the till. I usually say that if I had wanted chocolates, I would have added them to my bag on the way around the shop! It's just a personal thing, but I really loathe this type of selling and I am just grateful I don't shop with children as it does put unnecessary pressure on the parent.
