If you are thinking of buying something from here...DON'T!! The manager is an absolute idiot, so unprofessional! I recently bought an electric cooker from Buywise Bargains and after 2 weeks of use the glass on the top started marking, I thaught it was my pans so I bought new pans and it kept happening. I got a friend over to look at it and it turns out the marks are under the glass. So i went back to the shop with my reciept and he said it was normal, I argued my case until he took my number to arrange for an engineer to come over and look at it. After 2 weeks without hearing anything I returned to the shop, he wouldn't help and was not interested in the faulty goods he had sold me. I am now looking into legal routes to get my money back. DO NOT buy from this shop!!

My tumble dryer broke down over christmas and of course lockdown .Saw a note in the shop window saying open for selling essential white goods.Came down at 10am on the monday morning .Ordered exactly the dryer I wanted and it was delievered and up and running by 12:30 .Now that is what I call good service.We have bought many white goods off Ann and Dave and have always been please with the service we recieved and quality of the goods.I wish we had more of these little shops in colwyn Bay .Long may you last Dave,we won't be going any where else.

I bought a replacement tumble dryer, I am happy with both performance and price paid. Delivery was same day, actually a couple of hours only. They also removed my old one, also bought from Buywise Bargains 10 years ago. Yes I would definitely recommend to others.
