B&M Store

Today I went into this store to have a look around and ended up purchasing a mirrored chest of drawers which was £130 I waited for 15 minutes for a manager to come to sort this out as the till trained staff were unable to do it, when the manager came she accompanied me to the item to write down the details and take my postal address and further details, then we both went to the till where she gave the ticket from the item to the sales assistant to scan then I paid, they both said thank you then I left, then..... I get a phone call from the manager asking if I can come back to the store as she had sold me the wrong item!!! At this point I'm so annoyed as I had been in the shop for a very long time already, I went back and got told the price is actually £220 as we sold you the wrong item?? But I don't understand how, I paid for the item that the manager brought to the till which was the ticket off the actual product, she did show me that it was the wrong ticket but it doesn't make it any less frustrating, I got a sorry and a refund 😑 I definitely won't be buying furniture from here again, I spent about 2 hours all in all just trying to buy something!!!

The young man on the till is a credit to your store :) he's always happy talkative & amazing with the kids! I always leave in a better mood when he serves us :) thank you! :)

Good selection in store and we managed to buy what I needed, a slime kit for my nephew

Much of the same as the others I visited well stocked clean and friendly staff and good parking spaces and good disabled spaces close to entrance

A great shop that had what I wanted at a great price. Definitely a shop to visit

Nice they have moved the aisles around so there's more space to pass people. Lovely store great friendly staff who know where things are.

I like this shop because of its great location, friendly and helpful staff, lots of random stuff you can find.
