I love going into the works when I need creative supplies, you can find lots of different things and always good prices.

The rewards card is worth it as well since you gain points when you spend and then you can use them in store.

Great selection of notebooks and pens, especially for gifts.

I visited the store yesterday 19th October and was served by such a lovely young man whose name was Dominic I think. He was so polite and well mannered and nothing was too much trouble for him.

Great prices on arts materials and books, can collect online orders here easily. Staff pleasant. Littlenhard to aways social distance easily down the long aisles but get there if everyone if thoughtful

Giving 3 stars but the staff deserves a 5, went a few months back to collect an order staff where friendly and super helpful but was a shame to find out there was a fire in the back and although it was a hazard management made them go into the back where fire had been and they had blocked off half of the shop when they shouldn’t have been open in the first place, great to see how much management care about the health and safety of their staff who work hard for them every day only reason I’m giving a 3 cuz management is appalling but well done to the staff

I went into the store to purchase a heart stopper book which I immediately found. The person at the till called Amanda was really kind and offered excellent customer service and greeted us in with a smile once I was ready to make my purchase Amanda had a nice little chat and continued to smile which made my day feel amazing. Amanda really deserves some appreciation as they make me want to return again.
