Good prices but can be difficult to get round the store in a wheelchair and no guarantee you will find what you want. Will continue to shop there though so not all bad

Large store in the centre of pontypool Town centre, wide selection of homeware items at reasonable prices. Staff were friendly and helpful and store was clean and tidy unlike some other stores

Went pound stretcher to buy my little boy 4yrs cartranporter remote control car and some plastic guns. Only to find all children's toys departments was closed off. Ask why they said local council told them that only things they should be selling is needed items such has food etc and they will fine shop if notice not taken. Don't live with my son have him once or twice a week. It upset me has didn't get paid till 23 December. So couldn't get my son anything for Xmas. Will get presents now in January

Staff are very helpful and friendly. They sell mostly everything and their prices are very good. Well done.x

Big shop, lots of selection. When i went in they weren't taking contactless which I didn't find out about until i got to the till. Very frustrating.

Great value

It gets a four - I can't give it higher. The staff are friendly. The range of items is extensive, but it's mostly "get what you pay for" stuff. It's neither under or over priced, but it's not going to last either. It's good for a cheap answer if you don't need a long term solution. Some good imported foods you don't see elsewhere, and useful DIY range, service with a smile always welcome.

Great value, great staff. Love browsing instore, whether it be for something specific or just a look around. I always buy something. 👍
