Have tried to call B&M shop where I purchased an item that turned out to be damaged, the line is an automated service that pretty much tells you to go to the shop. Tried the customer service number, just plays terrible music forever, and tried the Head office number which tells me to hold for reception, then rings for a couple of minutes and hangs up. Absolutely useless.

Very warm, they must of put the heating on and not the air conditioning ended up not buying half of what I needed as I felt like passing out from the heat.

Dont cater for disabled people. CAUSE.... if you want to look at household only and not food BEGINING SECTION. ........they won't let you in the other doors. And the building is very very big. So once a disabled person as myself has walked the length of the food and drink..... im too tierd and in too much pain to look at the rest. WHICH IS WHAT U WENT THERE FOR ..........its rediculous. ! ....

The best around. Well organised, much to offer. Good pro active security also to note. Great place!

Large store, good selection of stock, but can end up queued for a while when waiting to pay.
