No entrance for cafe. Had to wait for lady to finish conversation before I got served. She also sprayed perfume on her by counter where there was food. Screen menu wasn’t working on wall. Had Americano first time I didn’t like it because I don’t like strong coffee, but my grandad liked it and had mine. So I went back and had to wait awhile to be served the lady was in the back. She came and I asked for a hot chocolate. She took awhile to make it because she was putting clean dishes away. So I was just standing waiting while my bacon and sausage bap was getting cold. Then when she was making it I seen it didn’t come out of the machine for £1.79 I would expect it out machine and then I said don’t you put cream and that on it cause she didn’t and she said that’s the deluxe. It’s to full now for that I would have to tip some out for that I said yea that’s what I want please. So she did and put cream and two marshmallows. My point is why not tell me that when I was ordering considering the drink menu screen wasn’t working and no other menu around. And why making me wait continuously. I would say she needs another staff member it’s not busy but she obviously can’t cope! This is my fourth time going In the last month and service always very good just normally they have run out of bacon or sausage on bright side today We finally got to have both on our bap. Food great! Drinks okay! Service the worse ever today! Time was 4:30pm and date Thursday 18th August!

The staff are very friendly and there is a large range of products. The only downside to this location is the layout of the store you have to go through the tills to get out which pressures you to make a purchase before you leave.

Nice for a wonder. Good variety of products. Well worth a visit. Shame that the car parking facilities area let down, slots are small and not enough disabled spaces.

Had breakfast here, 2 sausage baps, 2 toast a cookie between 3 of us, lovely brew too, nice clean place and very good staff, well worth a visit if you shop here!

I love the bargains in store my rating is gor the cafe situated in Wrexham Town centre. Reason is there is no operational door to enter the cafe . Difficult with prMs and wheelchairs to navigate around the whole store and then try and go through the tills to reach the cafe . This is ridicules sorry to say does anyone else agree or am I being pikky

Lots of good bargains, fresh food was good quality and low price. Cafe was real treat basic menu but clean and lovely staff. Toilet area needs bit of clean but on whole nice place to get bits of shopping done

They won't allow small puppies in bags, so me being a disabled person can't go in any more. And, I used to go in alot, even went into the cafe alot. I have to send my carer in now to get little bits.

Love the size, great to see such a wide variety. Some shelves were a bit sparse of stock but can be put down to the current times we find ourselves in. Great little addition of a Cafe on site. Yet to try it but prices look reasonable :)
