Brilliant store, always has things you want and usually things you don't need but you still buy them. I've spent way too much money in there! Staff are lovely, ways enjoy having a chat. It does get very busy in there, but that's to be expected. And I love that they kept the garden centre part, the flowers and plants are always well kept unlike monst stores around here.

I called to B&M Pembroke Dock to purchase an air fat fryer, 28/10/2022 @ about 1:30pm. I am partially sighted, so asked an assistant ( who was going on her break) to help me, the assistant took me to the air fryer section, showed me the different types & explained the function, after picking the one I wanted, she took me to the till, I paid, thanked her & was on my way in no time. I didn’t get her name, but I remember her helping my wife & myself before. Lovely to see in this day & age.. Thank you.

This store has virtually something you will need for the home. Be it decorating materials, gardening, home ornaments, food the list goes on. Just walk around the store and you will probably see something that you might want or need.

Very friendly, helpful staff that were there but very difficult to find an assistant when you need one. Especially frustrating for till staff and customers, when they have a queue of customers but only enough staff to man 2 tills, then find themselves having to try and hail a colleague for a barcode, or query. Well stocked, with everyday needs at good prices. Just a distinct lack of staff.

The stock lines on display don't reflect the products from B&M online, if you manage to find a staff member with whom to enquire who isn't 'busy' avoiding you, then the most optimistic response is generally a shrug of the shoulders. I hate queuing at the checkout here too!
At time of writing, I notice that their prices are creeping up steadily too, I paid £1.79 for a 'pound line' ice scraper last week and I'll wager that those price increases aren't trickling down to the pay packets of the staff!
I genuinely cannot think of anything positive to write about this store.

The thing about this place is that it's so handy for those little essentials that you run-out of so often and, crucially, they don't exploit you with the prices they charge. I was impressed with the range of home furnishings on offer too!

Helpful staff and a cashier called Hayden who was very conscientious of a lady who was buying paint. She wasn't sure about the colour, so he offered her some tester pots to make sure so that she wouldn't waste her money on something she wouldn't be able to return if opened. That kind of service is above and beyond and Hayden deserves at least a pat on the back.
